Goldendale, WA - Goldendale, Washington – Bioworks Aeration System Installation

Our team recently completed a full Bioworks aeration system installation at the Goldendale, Washington Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project involved replacing the facility’s aging aeration equipment with a modern, energy-efficient Bioworks system designed to improve oxygen transfer, enhance biological treatment performance, and reduce long-term operating costs.

The Reilly team handled all phases of the installation, including demolition of outdated components, structural and mechanical upgrades, and precise placement of the new aeration equipment. Coordination with plant operations ensured the facility remained fully functional throughout construction, with minimal disruption to daily treatment processes.

This upgraded aeration system will provide the City of Goldendale with improved process stability, better mixing and oxygenation, and a more reliable treatment platform for years to come. It also positions the plant for future growth and regulatory compliance while lowering energy consumption compared to traditional aeration technologies.
