The Reilly Team successfully completed the installation of a Trojan UV3000Plus disinfection system for the City of The Dalles wastewater treatment plant. This upgrade modernizes the facility’s final effluent disinfection process, delivering reliable, chemical-free treatment that supports the city’s environmental and regulatory goals.
One of the key achievements of this project was our ability to remove the existing Trojan UV system and install the new UV3000Plus unit while keeping the plant fully operational. Through careful planning, sequencing, and coordination with plant staff, we maintained normal operations with minimal shutdown time and no disruption to treatment performance.
Our team managed the full scope of work, including demolition of outdated equipment, installation of new UV channels and frames, mechanical tie-ins, electrical integration, and startup support. The UV3000Plus provides a proven, energy-efficient solution designed for municipal facilities seeking long-term reliability and low maintenance needs.
This project enhances operational resilience, improves disinfection consistency, and positions The Dalles wastewater treatment plant for future regulatory compliance.
