The Reilly team completed the removal of the existing polymer feed system and installation of a new ProMinent Premix S polymer make-down system at the Grand Mound Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The scope of work included removal of outdated equipment, installation of the new system, piping modifications, and electrical and control integration. All work was coordinated with plant staff to maintain normal operations and minimize downtime.
The system was commissioned and tested to ensure proper polymer mixing and reliable feed performance. The new ProMinent Premix S system improves polymer activation, efficiency, and overall process reliability for solids handling operations.
